FieldSoft+ Overview

FieldSoft+ is a field service app designed to give your technicians all the tools they need to complete their job. Easily view customer and call information, manage equipment and documents, and even bill and collect payments, including credit cards, from the field

Billing Page

Our billing page holds all of the billing items your tech might need while in the field. Any items added from the office will be available for the user to see. Seamlessly bill using flat rate or parts, add manual items, labor and work done, and even add a picture if desired.

Documents Page

Our document page holds all of the documents your technician might need to fill out while in the field. Here, users are able to add a selected document or image and tie the file to the job. Adding a document launches it in the document viewer where users are able to edit, annotate, and save the document.

Call Screen

We designed our call screen to show all the important information you need to see at a glance. Quickly see the work requested, work done, tasks performed, location, billing information, and agreement information.

Document Viewer

We nicknamed our document viewer our electronic file cabinet because it stores all the documents associated with your call. All documents created in either the office or field are stored here and can be saved, printed, or emailed at anytime.

Inventory

Our inventory screen allows you to keep track of all the inventory your company holds. When inventory is used in the field, warehouse personnel are notified to replenish stock.

FieldSoft+ Time Stamps

All of the time stamps are managed on the Call Page. Tapping any of the clock buttons will grab a date and time stamp, GPS coordinates of the device, and update the call status. FieldSoft+ can notify the customer when the technician is on the way and when the call is completed.

Equipment Page

The equipment page holds all the equipment for the job. Here, users are able to see basic equipment information or add new pieces of equipment. Tapping on a piece of equipment allows users to view more details or tie documents or images to the selected piece of equipment.

Dispatch Boards

FieldSoft Plus Service Software is designed to satisfy all of your dispatching needs. We have numerous dispatch board layouts that show all the information your company's dispatcher needs at a glance. Easily view call type as well as assigned a technician to a call with just a simple drop down.

Customer Screen

We designed our customer page to show all the information you need to see about a customer at a glance. Easily see important customer information, customer notes, billing information, service history, any agreements, and on site equipment.

Reporting

We offer an extensive list of reports that you can use to track sales and growth. Our reports are designed around you and can be updated to best suit your company's needs.

Customer Notifications

Our app can inform the customer of when the technician is on the way and includes a picture of the technician. Once the technician clocks out of the job, the customer receives another text thanking them for being a customer and gives them the opportunity to leave a review.
